The Acer Aspire AS5750-6634 features a Second Generation Intel Core i5-2410M dual-core processor which is commonly seen on mid-class core i-Series notebook PCs. The Intel Core i5-2410M is created on the Sandy Bridge architecture and clocked at 2.3 GHz but since this processor supports TurboBoost Technology it can reach up to 2.6 GHz when 2 cores are active and 2.9 GHz when only 1 core is active.

This Sandy Bridge processor offers Hyperthreading Technology to handle 4 threads at once for improvement in performance of up 20% more. The Core i5-2410M processor offers an integrated graphics card dubbed Intel HD Graphics 3000 which is faster than the older Intel HD Graphics controller.
