Lenovo 1450ABU Notebook with AMD E-450 Accelerated Processor

The Lenovo 1450ABU Notebook PC is equipped with AMD Dual-Core E-450 Accelerated Processor with AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics. The AMD E-450 processor is the latest E-Series APU from AMD that has a clock speed of 1.65GHz. The AMD Radeon HD 6320 on the other hand is the built-in graphics card in the E-450 chip which is said to be as good as or better than entry level graphics card wherein it can play high definition movies and play low resolution games with ease.

The Lenovo 1450ABU is also equipped with 15.6-inch LED-backlit high-definition widescreen display with 1366 x 768 resolution which is somewhat enough for viewing HD movies while at work (make sure that you’ll not be caught by your boss! LOL); 4GB DDR3 memory which is quite enough for multitasking power; 320GB Serial ATA hard drive which has a speed of only 5400RPM and multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive.

This Lenovo 1450ABU is packed also with the following connectivity options, ports and other features: built-in 0.3MP webcam; 6-in-1 card reader that supports Secure Digital, Secure Digital High Capacity, MultiMediaCard, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO and xD-Picture Card formats; 3 high-speed USB 2.0 ports – unfortunately this does not have 3.0 USB port; built-in high-speed wireless LAN which supports 802.11b/g/n connectivity; a Gigabit Ethernet LAN; and 6-cell lithium-ion battery. It weighs just about 5.2 lbs. and measures just 1.3 inch thin.

The Lenovo site has no knowledge of this model. Good luck getting parts or service.

$179 for a Dual-core, 4gig memory, 320gig HD, Laptop I think I will take my chances on parts or if it even breaks down. If you get a couple years out of this it more than paid for itself. I think it will last as long as any though. Take your chances $179 and your complaining, probably wouldn't like the price of the parts anyway.
