Asus X54H-BD1BH Powered by Pentium B950

The Asus X54H-BD1BH sports Intel Pentium dual-core processor B950 which features 1333MHz system bus, 2MB L3 cache and 2.1GHz processor speed. The Pentium B950 has an incorporated graphics controller which is adequate to display High Definition content, but it doesn't consists of 3D acceleration and advanced video features which is reserved for more expensive Core iSeries microprocessors. This Asus X54H-BD1BH comes with 15.6" LED-backlit high-definition widescreen display with 1366 x 768 effective resolution. This screen size is quite enough for viewing High Definition movies at home while relaxing.

The Asus X54H-BD1BH is packed with 4GB DDR3 memory which is upgradable to 8GB, 320GB Serial ATA hard drive at 5400 rpm – typically found on entry level laptop, built-in facial recognition, and multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive with double-layer support.

Below is the PassMark Rating of Pentium B950 compared to other processors. The higher the PassMark Rating the better the performance.
In terms of processing power the Intel Pentium B950 is more powerful compared to AMD E-350 and E-450 APU but slightly out-powered by AMD A4-3300M APU. But on the graphics side, the AMD APUs are much powerful compared to Intel Pentium B950.
