Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5303

The Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5303 sports AMD E-350 accelerated processor which is specially designed for netbooks and entry-level notebook computers. The AMD E-350 is another Fusion chip from Advance Micro Devices. The Fusion chip also called as APU or Accelerated Processing Unit is a chip wherein the CPU and GPU chips are combined together for efficient and better performance not only by the processor’s computing power but also the graphics power of the system aside from its low power consumptions.

The AMD E-350 APU AMD E-350 is intended to compete with Intel's low-voltage mobile Pentium and Core 2 Duo processors such as the Pentium dual-core SU4100, Core 2 Duo SU7300 and Core 2 Duo SU9400, and to leave behind Intel integrated graphics. It has integrated graphics controller dubbed AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics which is said to be as powerful as entry-level discreet-class graphics card and features 384-1459MB dynamically allocated shared video memory.
