Chromebooks are built and enhanced for the web, where you spend most of your computing time. Acer has a Chromebook named Acer AC700. Acer AC700 Chromebook has an 11.6-inch anti-glare, CineCrystal,LED-backlit screen which has a High Definition resolution of about 1366×768 pixels. It sports a dual-core Intel Atom N570 processor which runs at a speed of 1.66 GHz, a built-in Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 and a 2GB of DD3 RAM. It also has a flash storage of about 16GB.
The Acer AC700 Chromebook features also a 1.3-megapixel webcam, two USB 2.0 port, HDMI, and a 4-in-1 memory card reader. This Chromebook weighs only around 3.2 lbs and runs on Google Chrome Operating System. The Acer AC700 is now available at a cheaper price at around $299 for the WiFi version while Verizon Wireless 3G model costs about $399.
