Toshiba has made available a USB 3.0 flash drive dubbed TransMemory-EX in the Japanese market. The Toshiba TransMemory-EX is available in 32GB and 64GB capacities. The Toshiba TransMemory-EX USB 3.0 storage device features 220MB/s read speed and 95MB/s write speed.
